How to View your Tickets in the Client Portal

Open the CTS Teamdynamix Client Portal here:
http://cts.ndus.edu/help
Select
View My Tickets
If necessary, select the Status Class drop-down menu and select the appropriate status(es)
Select the
Search
button
Select the appropriate ticket by selecting the
Ticket Title
and your ticket will be open in a new tab
