How do I register/sign into my account?

  1. Go to https://status.ndus.edu
  2. Select Subscribe at the top-right corner
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Select Start Subscription
  5. Check your email for a sign in notification and select the Sign in to NDUS CTS Status link

Note: By default, you are subscribed to ALL status notifications. To unsubscribe from unwanted notifications, see How do I unsubscribe from specific notifications?

How do I subscribe to notifications?

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Select the notification bell to your desired category.
  3. You can select the (+) button to enable or disable individual applications under each category
  4. Select the Save Changes button

How do I unsubscribe from specific notifications?

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Select the notification bell next to the desired category to disable notifications.
  3. If you wish to only unsubscribe from a particular application under a category, select the (+) button and select the notification bell.
  4. Select the Save Changes button

    For example, below it shows that I am subscribed to all Academic Technologies applications, while I remain unsubscribed to Listserv notifications under Bulk Communications.

    How do I change the email used for notifications?

    1. Sign into your account
    2. Select the 3 vertical dots in the top-right corner
    3. Select Preferences
    4. Next to your current email, select the pencil icon
    5. Enter the appropriate email address
    6. Select Save

    How do I enable Text Message for notifications?

    1. Sign into your account
    2. Select the 3 vertical dots in the top-right corner
    3. Select Preferences
    4. Select the Text Message slider
    5. Select your Country Code
    6. Enter your phone number
    7. Select Save

    Note: You will receive a text message confirming your subscription. A link will be included in the message if you wish to unsubscribe from text message notifications directly from your phone.

    How do I unsubscribe from all notifications?

    1. Sign into your account
    2. Select the 3 vertical dots in the top-right corner
    3. Select Preferences
    4. Select Unsubscribe Completely
    5. Select Yes, Unsubscribe Completely
