Security and Application Access

Service Category to request user access, changes, or removals for CTS provided services and applications.

General Services

Service category for most CTS provided Services, Applications, Developments, and Inquiries. This category does not include requests for Security Access, CTS Business Services, or Institutional Research.

Examples would include: Academic Structure, Anciliary, Blackboard, PeopleSoft Campus Connection, Financial Services (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Services, GT eForm, Housing Director, NDUS Data and AI Services (IDEG), Network, Parking, Perceptive Content, etc.

CTS Infrastructure

This service is for CTS infrastructure requests such as Network, Server Administration, CTS/SO Desktop Support, and Database requests.

CTS Business Services

Campuses: Use this service for requesting CTS Procurement Service support and to submit 1201.1 Requests

CTS: Use this service for requests for P3M, Financial Services, Administrative Admin and CTS Human Resources (not PS HCM). This would include purchase requests, PO requests, P3M BA and PM requests, support from a CTS administrative assistant, or request for assistance by the CTS HR Team.

Institutional Research

Forms to submit requests to the NDUS Institutional Research team.
