How to View your Tickets in the Client Portal

  1. Open the CTS Teamdynamix Client Portal here: http://cts.ndus.edu/help 
  2. Select View My Tickets
  3. If necessary, select the Status Class drop-down menu and select the appropriate status(es)
  4. Select the Search button
  5. Select the appropriate ticket by selecting the Ticket Title and your ticket will be open in a new tab
