Campuses should use this service for requesting CTS Procurement Service support and to submit 1201.1 Requests
CTS: Use this service for requests for P3M, Financial Services, Administrative Admin support, and Human Resource requests (Not PS HCM). This would include purchase requests, Purchase Order requests, P3M BA and PM requests, support from a CTS administrative assistant, and assistance from the CTS HR team. This request can also be used for assistance in communications which includes seeking help for creating, editing, or approving CTS public-facing documentation.
A Development Request provides the ability to introduce new features or developments, improve functionality, solve usability issues, or suggest changes to existing developments, features, software, processes, or services.
Service category for most CTS provided Services, Applications, Developments, and Inquiries. This category does not include requests for Security Access, CTS Business Services, or Institutional Research.
